Before buying a game key: four details
Check platform, edition, region and product type before judging a game offer.
Read the contents
Standard, Deluxe and Complete editions may contain different items. A DLC is an expansion and may require a separately owned base game. Read the retailer’s included-content list.
Check activation
Confirm the launcher: a Steam key does not automatically work in another store. The activation region must match your account. Check supported operating systems and any product-specific restrictions before payment.
Buy at the retailer
